New Patients
Ards & Kircubbin Dental Practices send courtesy appointment reminders to patients. However, as these may occasionally not be received, it remains the patient’s responsibility to keep track of appointments and inform us of any changes to contact details or medical history.

Please note: We are only accepting children of patients currently registered with us for NHS treatment.
If you are registering a child, please complete their details in the form below.
Once registered, you will receive a text or email when an appointment becomes available. You will also be sent a link to our patient portal to complete a medical questionnaire, which will be securely added to your records.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A new patient examination is between 20-30 minutes where your medical history, dental needs and full mouth examination is carried out.

The dentist will discuss your treatment plan. This will include options available, costs and further appointments required.

If you need to change the date or time of your appointment we ask that you give us a ring as soon as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to someone else and re arrange a more suitable time for you. We also ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment as this allows us to free a slot which can be used to treat a patient experiencing a dental emergency.
